Set free guest hours

In short: you choose how many free hours each unit gets and how often they reset. Only hours beyond that are paid, at the hourly rate you set.

What you set

• Free hours per unit: for example 6 a month.
• Rate after free hours: for example $2.50 an hour.
• Paid tiers: an hourly rate, or different rates after a set number of hours.
• Split the bill: let hosts cover or share extra guest hours.

How to change them

We set your rules with your team during setup. After that, property admins can change them in the admin [exact menu path to confirm]. Every rule change is recorded with who made it and when.

Who sees the rules

Residents and guests see the rules that apply to them before they confirm. Your enforcement partner sees the result when they look up a plate.
