Payments and receipts

In short: billing starts at move-in or lease renewal, whichever comes first. You pay each month or for the year, and we email a receipt for every payment.

When you’re charged

• Billing starts at move-in or lease renewal, whichever comes first.
• On the monthly plan, each vehicle permit is charged once a month [day of the month you’re charged to confirm].
• On the yearly plan, you pay for 12 months at once.

Find a receipt

We email a receipt for each payment, for example “Your Laneo receipt for December 2026”. Choose View all receipts in the email to see every receipt in the app.

Each receipt shows:

The sales tax line

Permit prices exclude sales tax. Tax is added at checkout and shown on its own line, so your total is a little more than the permit price.

Card fees and security

There are no card fees: Laneo covers card processing. Payments go through Stripe. Laneo never sees or stores full card numbers; we keep the last four digits and the payment status.
