Guest parking costs

Updated 2 min readLeer en español

In short: a visit uses your unit’s free guest hours first. Any extra hours are paid by your guest, at the rate your property sets. Your property can also let you cover or split the cost.

Example

A 4-hour visit, with 2 free hours left on your unit and an example rate of $2.50 an hour:

Amount
2 free hours from your unit $0.00
2 extra hours × $2.50 $5.00
Your guest pays $5.00
You pay $0.00

If your property allows splitting, you and your guest pay $2.50 each. Sales tax is added at checkout.

Who sets the price

$2.50 an hour is an example. Your property sets the hourly rate, your free hours and whether costs can be split. Some properties charge different rates after a set number of hours.

How guests pay

Guests pay by card at checkout, and only if the stay goes past your free hours. The total is shown before they pay.
