Read your statement
In short: the property pays no subscription. Residents pay for their permits, paid guest hours go to the property, and Laneo keeps a share of guest revenue set in your proposal.
Lines on your statement
| Line | Example |
|---|---|
| Laneo subscription | $0.00 |
| Resident permits | Paid by residents |
| Gross paid guest revenue | $3,240.00 |
| Laneo’s share of guest revenue | Per your proposal |
| You pay Laneo each month | $0.00 |
How it adds up
- No monthly fee. The property pays a one-time setup and no monthly fee.
- Resident permits are paid by residents, $2 a month or less per vehicle.
- Paid guest hours go to the property. Laneo keeps a share of that guest revenue, set in your proposal. Longer contracts get a lower share.
When guest revenue is paid out to the property is set in your agreement [payout timing to confirm].
