Log a violation with photos

In short: log what you see with photos and notes. Each entry keeps the plate, the property, the time and the lookup result, and the property team sees the same log.

Steps

1. Look up the plate The result is saved with the entry.
2. Choose Log a violation with photos For a valid plate, you can log a note with photos instead.
3. Add the details The location, for example “Level 2, visitor space V14”, a note and your photos.
4. Save the entry It’s shared with the property right away.

What each entry keeps

• The plate and the property
• The time
• The lookup result
• Your location, note and photos

Good to know

• The violation log is free for partners.
• Entries are kept for 12 months.
