Refunds when you move out

In short: set your move-out date in the app. Your permits end that day, and the unused time goes back to the card you paid with.

Steps

1. Open Moving out in the app It’s where you end your permits.
2. Choose your move-out date You see when your permits end, how many days are unused and the refund to your card.
3. Confirm your move-out date Your property may confirm the date first.
4. Get your refund We email you when your permits have ended, with the refund amount, including sales tax.

How the refund works

The refund is prorated. For example, if you move out on Nov 17 with 13 of 30 days unused on a monthly permit, you get those 13 days back. Refunds usually show on your statement within a few business days.

Your data after you move out

Your resident account and vehicles are kept for 24 months after move-out, then deleted. Payment records are kept for 7 years, for tax and accounting.
