Parking permits that follow your Entrata roster.
Laneo reads move-ins, move-outs and renewals from Entrata, so resident parking permits follow the lease. Your team reviews the changes before anything applies, and the property pays no subscription.

From Entrata to the lot, in four steps.
Connect once
During setup we connect your Entrata account, link each property and confirm which lease statuses and resident types count, so guarantors are never invited.
Laneo fetches the roster
On the property’s schedule, weekly by default or daily, or whenever an admin presses Fetch. Each fetch reads the whole property as it is now.
Your team reviews the changes
One screen lists this week’s move-ins, move-outs, renewals and anything that needs a look, like a move-out date that disagrees with the lease status.
You apply them
Move-outs are scheduled for the move-out date, renewals extend permits and future residents wait for their move-in date. You can invite new residents in the same step.
Only what parking needs.
Laneo reads the roster fields a permit depends on and drops everything else from Entrata before it’s stored.
What Laneo reads
- Residents and their units and buildings
- Lease status and dates: move-in, lease start and end, move-out
- Email and phone, to send invites
- Vehicles and plates, only if you turn it on
What stays in Entrata
- Rent, balances and charges
- Dates of birth and ID numbers
- Employment and income details
- Guarantors and, by default, occupants
A sync can’t move anyone out by surprise.
Read-only access
Laneo only reads from Entrata. Your residents, leases and ledgers there are never changed.
Nothing applies on its own
A sync prepares the changes. Only an admin’s approval moves anyone in or out, and the admin can still cancel a move-out on the day.
Big changes ask twice
If a sync would move out more than 10% of residents, the admin has to type a confirmation first. An empty answer never moves everyone out.
It stops instead of guessing
An unknown lease status, unit or resident type stops the sync with a clear reason, and nothing is written until it’s sorted out.
Questions about Entrata and Laneo
Does Laneo integrate with Entrata?
Yes. Laneo reads residents, units and lease dates from Entrata on a schedule, weekly by default or daily, and your team approves the changes before they apply.
Does Laneo write anything back to Entrata?
No. Laneo only reads from Entrata. Residents, leases and charges in Entrata stay exactly as they are.
How often does the sync run?
Weekly by default, or daily if you prefer. An admin can also fetch the latest roster at any time, and nothing applies until they approve it.
What happens to a resident’s permit when they move out?
Their permits end on the move-out date. The move-out is scheduled, not immediate, so the admin can still cancel it that day if the date was wrong.
Do renewals need any work from our team?
No. When a lease is renewed, the permits that ended with the old lease are extended automatically once you approve the week’s changes.
Are new residents invited automatically?
Yes, if you choose to. When you approve the changes you can invite every move-in in the same step, in English or Spanish.
What if our property management system isn’t listed?
Use the roster import. Export residents, units and vehicles as a CSV file, match the columns once and review the same weekly changes.
